Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Counter Hours:

Hours for loaning and returning equipment are:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm during A & B semester teaching weeks only.

During A & B semester 'non-teaching weeks' and from 'November to March'
the counter will be closed between 12.00 and 2.00pm.

The Service Desk have created the ICT Self Help site to answer your ICT queries. We are adding to this constantly so please check here first before logging a job or emailing the Service Desk.

Log your own job / service request via the Landesk Self Service tool. You can also track the process of your jobs and service requests using this tool.

Actual Location

The ITS Building (ITS.G.53) on the main University Campus.
To locate the ITS building, stand in the Gate One car park, look for the large satellite dish.
The entrance to the Service Desk is on the opposite side of the building to the dish.
