Calling the ITS Service Desk Ext 4008
The Service Desk team provides a first point of contact for ITS clients. The issues supported range from general computing support through to people who are unsure of the specialist service team
they need to contact.
The Service Desk will try to solve your problem over the phone, if this is not possible we will assign your job to
the relevant ITS section. There are a few things you can do before you call us. |
Computer Related Changes that may
affect you
The University has changed the way that computer applications (programs) are deployed to your computer e.g. Microsoft
Project or EndNote.
We have a system called “AppV” that deploys some applications to you
personally (based on your log on), rather than being installed on your computer
in the traditional way. This means that when you log on to a computer anywhere on
campus, you will be able to use these particular applications (if that computer
supports AppV). Read more |
